In a large pitcher, stir the fruit and sugar until the fruit starts to
release it's natural juices. Mix in the lemon juice, triple sec, and
vodka. Allow to sit (at room temperature) 2-3 hours, stirring
occasionally.
When ready to serve, stir in the Rose' wine and sparkling water.
Serve each glass with some of the strawberries and peaches.
