1. Melt the butter over medium-low heat whisk in the flour.....
Cook for 1 minute and slowly whisk in the milk then add the
garlic and simmer, whisking often for 10-15 minutes.......
Stir in the parmesan and season with salt and pepper

2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.....
Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes, add the mushrooms
and tomatoes.....
Cook for 5 minutes then stir in the chicken and season with salt
and pepper

|
3. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package.....
Drain and reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.....
Return the pasta to the pot and add the sauce and chicken
|
|
|
4. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the pasta water to thin it
|
