In large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients and make a well in center. In another bowl, lightly beat egg and combine with milk and oil. Add all at once to dry mixture. Stir until moistened, it will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter in pancake size amounts onto hot, greased skillet. Place banana slices on each pancake as it cooks- cook about 2 minutes until surface is bubbly. Flip and cook other side.
