1. Cook shells according to package, then rinse under cold water
and pat dry.....
Heat oil over medium heat
2. Add onion and cook about 5 minutes.....
Leave about 1 1/2 tsp of oil and add tomatoes, sugar and salt and
pepper then simmer about 10 minutes
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees....
Combine spinach, cheese, egg whites and salt and pepper......
Spoon half of the tomato sauce into the dish and stuff each shell
with a tbs of the filling....
Spoon the rest of the sauce over the shells and cover with foil
4. Bake about 30 minutes
