     Elvis Presley Cake

Ingredients
1 package White Cake mix
1 8oz. can Crushed Pinapple with juice
2 C. White Sugar
1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Butter, softened
4 C. Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Chopped Pecans
 

Instructions
Prepare cake according to instruction on package. Bake in a 9X13 pan. Allow to cool Combine pinapple and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil, Spoon over cooled cake In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Add pecans and mix well. Spread cream cheese frosting over cake.
