     Smoked Fish with Roasted Potato Cubes

Ingredients
3 large Potatoes
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
650g Smoked Snapper
Lemon Aioli
 

Instructions
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Place potatoes in a baking dish with butter and oil. Bake at 220 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes turning often until golden brown.
Remove skin and bones from the fish and break into bite-sized pieces. Serve smoked fish pieces with potatoes and lemon aioli. Mix well.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Lemon Aioli (see recipe)
