1. Cut a packet into each chicken breast and place mozzarella and
pepperoni inside
|
|
|
|
2. Coat the chicken in the flour then egg and finally breadcrumbs
|
|
|
|
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.....
Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.....
Fry chicken until golden brown about 2-3 minutes on each side
|
|
|
|
4. Place chicken on baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes
|
