     Prize-winning Chili con Carne

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup bell pepper diced
2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can Manwich sloppy Joe sauce
1 tsp cumin
 
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
Cook ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper together until beef is brown and crumbled and vegetables are soft. Drain any fat rendered during cooking. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and cover. Allow to simmer about 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Moist, Sweet Cornbread
