1. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy
sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon
juice, brown sugar and ketchup.
2. Place pork chops in a medium baking dish,
and spread with the sauce. Refrigerate for a
minimum of 2 hours to let the marinade soak in
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C).
4. Bake sauce-covered pork chops 30 minutes
in the preheated oven. Turn, and spread sauce on
the other side of the pork chops. Continue baking
for another 30 minutes, or until internal
temperature of the chops has reached 145 degrees F
(63 degrees C). (I like to turn the oven to broil
the last 5 minutes of cooking so that the sauce
“sticks” to the pork chop.)
