     Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops, trimmed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup. 2. Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with the sauce. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to let the marinade soak in 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 4. Bake sauce-covered pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn, and spread sauce on the other side of the pork chops. Continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of the chops has reached 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). (I like to turn the oven to broil the last 5 minutes of cooking so that the sauce “sticks” to the pork chop.)
