Melt butter in large saucepan. Quickly mix with
sugar, cereal and peanut butter. Rub small amount
of butter on hands (or use a spoon like with
cookies) and roll mixture into walnut-sized balls.
Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least
30 min. Melt chocolate and wax (break into
pieces) in double boiler. Dip balls into
chocolate and place on wax paper. Best if stored
in refrigerator.
