     Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Preptime   chill overnight

Ingredients
1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
1 can Shoepeg corn
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbl. lime juice
8 small green onions, chopped (use some of the stem)
2 tbl. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
 
I added-
1 jalapeno, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Mix all the above well. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
