     Cranberry Orange Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts

Ingredients
Bag of brussels sprouts, halved.
Bag of cranberries
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 cup walnuts, toasted
Zest of one orange
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
Heat the oven to 375. Cut sprouts in half. Rinse and drain cranberries, add to bowl with sprouts.
Toss in olive oil and pinch of salt. Spread on baking sheet and pop in oven to roast for 40 minutes.
Put walnuts in a bowl for last 5-10 minutes. Watch to make sure they don't burn. Toss everything together, grate orange over the top.
Whisk together 1 Tbsp. olive oil, OJ and balsamic. Pour over mix.
