     Crock-Pot St. Patrick's Day Pork and Kraut

Ingredients
2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into pieces
2 pounds saurerkraut
1 apple, peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
2- 12 ounce beers
 

Instructions
Make ahead- split ingredients between 2 1-gallon ziplock bags, seal, mix, lay flat freeze. Directions for bags- add 1 beer. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Discard apple before serving.
