     Crock-Pot Cilantro Chicken w/ Black Beans & Corn

Ingredients
6-8 Chicken breasts
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 limes, juiced
2 cups fresh cilantro
1 large bag of frozen corn (or 2 smaller bags)
4 minced garlic cloves
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 cans of black beans, rinsed
2 teaspoons cumin or chipolte powder
 
salt and pepper to taste
Toppings as desired
tortillas
sour cream
guacamole
cheese

Instructions
Make ahead- Split everything into two containers. shake it up, seal, label and put in the freezer. Instructions for Container- cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours, serve with hot tortillas or tostitos. Dress with sour cream, guacamole, and/or cheese
