     Crock-Pot Mississippi Roast

Ingredients
2-3 pound chuck roast
16 ounce jar pepperonchinis
1 packet ranch dressing
1 packet Au jus gravy mix
1 stick of butter
 

Instructions
Place roast in crock pot, cover with ranch and gravy packet, place stick of butter on top and as many pepperonchinis as desired. Do NOT add water. (I personally like to pour in a tiny bit of juice from pepperonchinis)Cook 6-8 hours on low. Serve with Corn on the cob.
