     Veggie Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
Sum of Chicken
1 Can of Peas
3 Carrots
1.5 Cups Rice
Salt and Pepper
0.5-1 Onion
1/4 cup of Butter
Water
 

Instructions
Boil the chicken separately on the side in a deep pan and water to cover the chicken completely.
Add the butter to a separate pan with the chopped up onions. Once the onions gain a little bit of color, add in the rice and cleaned chopped up carrots and stir in order to get the flavor spread. After stirring a few moments, add in 3 cups of water and let rice cook. Once rice is almost cooked, add in the peas.
Once the chicken is cooked, begin mincing it up into pieces. It is recommended to this by hand in order to get strands of chicken instead of clumps. Once the rice is cooked, add in the chicken to the rice.
Add salt and pepper for flavor. Enjoy.
Serving Suggestions
Serve when Hot.
