Melt butter in pan and saute garlic and cooked bacon. Add mixture
to bowl and toss with brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Add
seasonings. Transfer to 2 cooking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15
minutes. Add cheese and cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle
with bacon and serve
