     Roasted Brussels & Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 pieces of bacon or crumbled cooked bacon
1 garlic cloves
1 T olive oil
1 T butter, melted
1/2 t salt, pepper
4 cups brussels sprouts
4 cups cauliflower
1/4 parm cheese, add more taste
 

Instructions
Melt butter in pan and saute garlic and cooked bacon. Add mixture to bowl and toss with brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Add seasonings. Transfer to 2 cooking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Add cheese and cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon and serve
