Ingredients
8 Roma (plum) tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup shredded parmesean cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 loaf French bread
 

Instructions
Seed and chop tomatoes. Mix all ingredients except bread and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve on french bread toasts.
