     Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, peled
2 large egg yolks
4 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp sugar
salt
ground pepper
3/4 C olive oil
 

Instructions
Press garlic or grate; measure out 1 tsp
Process garlic, egg yolks, lemon, sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper in food processor until combined, about 10 sconds.
With food processor running, gradually add oil in slow steady stream (abou 30 seconds). Scrape bowl and process 5 more seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
