In a pot throw in the onions, roughly chopped, with a bit of oil. cook them a bit until they are just starting to soften a bit. Add in a tsp of ground cumin and cook that for a minute or so until you can really smell the cumin. Then dump in the tin of tomatoes, the couple of cloves of garlic, the worchester sauce and a squirt of the beef bullion concentrate. Then use a hand blender and puree the heck out of it until it is basically smooth. Cook it for a bit longer, basically until it is hot. Add 1/3 of a cup of cream just to balance out the acidity and make it extra delicious.
