     Sweet and Sour Chicken Yum-O

Ingredients
2lb Chicken Breast
salt and pepper
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 beaten eggs
oil
Sauce-
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp ketchup
 
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in cornstarch then into egg. Cook in hot skillet until browned. Place in baking dish.
Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth. Pour over chicken. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes, stir then cook another 15 minutes.
