     Red Pepper Hummus (Bean Free)

Ingredients
1/2 c sesame seeds ground into powder
2 tspn chopped garlic
1 tspn sea salt
2 c seeded and diced red bell pepper
1/3 c tahini
1/4 c lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
 

Instructions
in processor, process the sesame seeds, garlic, and salt into small pieces. add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth
will keep for 2 days in the fridge
try replacing red bell pepper with zucchini, using herbs such as oregano or dill, and adding olives or sun dried tomatoes
