     Pelmeni Dough (250)

Ingredients
1 cup water
Sprint of salt
1 tablespoon oil
Add flour until its good with the water
4 eggs
 

Instructions
Add 1 cup of water, a sprint of salt, 1 tablespoon of of oil, add flour until well with water. When dough is sticky, add one egg and mix with hand until sticky again and add another egg.. Repeat process until all 4 eggs have been used. Dough has to be solid- doesn't stick to the plate.
Throw the dough 5 times to give it buoyancy. Take palm sized portions and organize onto the table. Put 2 palm fulls fill up 1 forma. Take 2 palm fulls and mesh together and open to size of forma.
Put the meat bits on each square of forma then mesh together another 2 palm sets and put onto of the meat and first mesh.
Roll the roll until they cut through. Done!
