Ingredients
Bhendi
Squash
coconut - 4 tbsp
green chilli - 1
Jeera
Curd
Udad dal
rai
methi
 
hing powder

Instructions
Bhendi - Wash and cut bhendi into long peices. then add two tbsp. oil to a small karahi. Add bhendi, salt and haldi and allow bhendi to get cooked and well roasted on low fire. Squash - Peel and cut squash into squares or chunks and wash well. Cook in a vessel with water, haldi and salt.
Grind 4 tbsp fresh coconut, one green chilli and jeera to a fine paste. Use little water and add curd instead of water. Mix more curd and add. Mix cooked vegetables and keep on slow fire till it begins to boil.
Remove from fire and do chonk of udad dal, rai, methi and hing powder. Add methi and hing powder just before putting in kutan or it will get burnt.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice.
