Boil chicken breasts for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Blend chicken in food processor with eggs and 4 cloves of garlic. May have to do in batches. Form into a dough. Add to large baking sheet or 2 small baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425.
Melt coconut oil in saucepan and add remaining garlic. When crust has cooled, coat the crust with oil mixture. Add toppings and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese and toppings are cooked.
