     Carmel crunch pie

Ingredients
2 large graham cracker crust
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Chopped pecans
1 - 7 oz. package flaked coconut
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 - 16 oz. non-dairy whipped toppling (,Kool whip)
1 - 12 oz. jar caramel ice cream sauce
 

Instructions
Melt butter in skillet. Add pecans and coconut and cook until golden brown. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in Kool whip. In each pie crust, Layer 1/2 caramel sauce over 1/2 cream cheese, then add 1/2 coconut/ pecan mix . Repeat. Drizzle caramel sauce on top. Freeze until firm.
Serving Suggestions
Good pie and it makes 2.
