1 heaped teaspoon Hawaige spice which is made from
3 TBS black peppercorns 3 TBS ground cumin 1 tsp cardamon pods or ground cardamon
Instructions
Place chicken in a pot of water and boil. Take off
all the foam. Add one big onion, a tomato, garlic
and spices.
In a small bowl mix 2 heaped tsp of flour in a bit
of water. Pour into soup and mix. DO not cover pot.
Bring to the boil, lower flame and cook for about
one hour.
Serving
Suggestions
remove all vegetables and chicken and serve in a plate or bowl at the center of the table. Serve the chicken soup alone or with Hilbeh
