1/2 cup chopped celery

3 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup matzah meal

6 tablespoons margarine
|

Instructions |
|
|
Saute onion, celery, pepper, and carrots in margarine until
soft.
|
|
|
Place in bowl, add cooked spinach, salt and pepper to taste,
eggs, and matzah meal.
|
|
|
Put in well greased casserole dish.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
