1. Heat a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium heat. Make sure your skillet is ovenproof.
2. Crack eggs into skillet so that they are evenly spaced.
3. Transfer to a 350 oven and bake just until whites are set, about 4 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, season the eggs with salt and pepper, and slide out of the pan onto a plate.
