Place taco shells in 200 °F oven until lightly brown colour (10 min). In a frying pan brown hamburger and add spices. Mix 2 teaspoons of corn starch with 1/2 cup of water. Add to the hamburger. Heat hamburger until thickened. To taco shells add hamburger. Top with shredded cheese. Place tacos in 300°F oven until cheese melts. Add chopped tomato, lettuce, salsa and sour cream to tacos.
