     Chicken Vautelle

Ingredients
1 medium size chicken
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup celery, chopped
12 stuffed pimento green olives, sliced
4 eggs, hard boiled and diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 bag of fine egg noodles
3 cups chicken broth
 

Instructions
Cook chicken and remove from bones and tear into bite size pieces.
Cook noodles until tender in broth. Saute onions and celery in butter until slightly tender.
Combine all ingredients and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
