In large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, garlic salt, and nutmeg. Shape into 2 inch balls. It should make around 18 meatballs. Place Meatballs in a 9x13 pan.
In a small bowl, mix together beef broth, evaporated milk, dill weed, salt and pepper.Set aside.
Cook noodles and set aside.
Bake Meatballs at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. in a small pan, wisk together drippings with enough water to equal 1/2 cup and flour until thickened. Add milk mixture, stir until thickened. Pour over meatballs. Serve with noodles.
