12 Cooked Lasagna Noodles, cooled (so you can handle them)
Instructions
In a small bowl combine ricotta, parmesan, oregano and egg.
In a 9x13 pan spread 1/2 Cup maranara sauce in bottom.
On a flat surface, one at time lay out lasagna noodles, top with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture and 3 tablespoons ground beef. Roll each noodle loosely and place seam side down in pan. Repeat with remaining noodles. Top noodles with remaining marinara sauce.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes, top with mozzarella, return to oven for an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
