Lay in 9x13 pan fat side down. Season with generous amounts of garlic salt, onion powder, steak seasoning. Add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 4-5 hours or until meat falls apart in roasting pan.
