Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine beef, onion, cheese, garlic, egg, 1 T
evoo, oregano, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a
large mixing bowl. Knead to combine, being careful
not to overmix.
Lightly oil a 9x13 inch baking dish. Shape meat
mixture into 40 (1T) meatballs. Place in a single
layer in the baking dish and bake until cooked
through, 12-15 mins. Serve hot.
