to make the asparagus go alittle farther while in
the package cut it in half length wise. prep the
asparagus by rinsing them and snaping them in half
and throw away the bottom pieces. preheat oven to
350
grab 2-3 pieces of asparagus and wrap them in a
piece of prosciutto. gently pour extra virgin olive
oil over each roll and season with salt and pepper
and cook in oven for 20 minutes.
while asparagus is cooking add garlic and vinegar to
a small pot and heat on medium to reduce it down.
pour the garlic and vinegar on the asparagus and
cook for anohter 5 minutes
