     Landess Carmel Corn

Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
1 cup karo syrup
1/2 cup water
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unpopped popcorn
 

Instructions
Pop the corn and set aside in large turkey fold pan. Combine sugar, syrup and water in saucepan on med-hi heat. Add butter and melt.
Bring to boil on med-hi heat and cook for 10 to 20 minutes til golden stringy. Take off heat and add baking soda (mix with water first).
Pour over popped corn and mix quickly together with wooden spoons. Caution hot mixture.
