     Kim's Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground chuck or lamb
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Brown meat, add celery salt while browning. Mix in garlic powder, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and oregano. Add kidney beans.
Bring to boiling. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cook uncovered until chili is thickened to taste. Add cheese to taste.
