1 tube sugar cookie dough

1/2 cup sugar

1 8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Strawberries, kiwis, bananas, mandarian oranges.

Instructions |

Grease pizza pan, slice dough 1/2 inch thick and overlap on pan.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely; spread cream cheese mixture over cookie dough.

|
|
|
Arrange fruit on pizza. Heat fruit juice with 1 Tablespoon cornstarch to thicken, pour over fruit on pizza cookie. Refrigerate.
