Chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients

	1 stick butter
	1 cup rice (uncooked)
	1 chicken(fryer) salted and peppered
	3 cups water
	1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix


Instructions


Melt butter in casserole, place in chicken. Add rice and soup mix. Then add water. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 Hr at 325 degrees.
