Pre-heat oven to 170. Mix in Kitchen Aid with dough hook yeast, water, salt, sugar and flour. Sprinkle some flour on counter and roll dough in it. Put dough in greased mixing bowl and cover with saran wrap. Place in oven for 40 minutes. Note- Turn off the oven once the dough is in.

Go around the edges and pinch up a rim to form the crust. Then layer on toppings (tomato and basil sauce, cheese, pepperoni, olives, minced garlic and a sprinkle of cheese on top) (caravelle sauce, canadian bacon, pineapple, bacon bits and a sprinkle of cheese on top). Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 16 minutes.
