Blend tomatoes, onion, and egg in blender. Combine with ground beef, bread crumbs and spices. Shape into loaf. Bake in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. Drain off liquid. Combine topping ingredients. Put on all of topping and continue baking until done. Takes about 1 hour total baking time for large loaf.
