     Cashew Chicken Sauce

Ingredients
2 C. water
2 T. cornstarch
4 chicken boullion cubes
2 T. oyster sauce
cooked rice
cashews
cooked chicken strips
chopped green onions
 

Instructions
Mix cornstarch with 1/4 C. of the water, set aside. Bring rest of water to boil and add boullion. Cook until dissolved. Add cornstarch, stir and cook until thickened. Add oyster sauce, onions and cashews. Pour over chicken and rice.
