Broil Chicken until tender; cool and cut into pieces. Cook broccoli as directed on package. Put drained broccoli on bottom of 9x13 in pan. Put chicken on top then soup mixture. Put 1 cup grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
