Ingredients
1 C. cornmeal
1 C. flour
1/4 C. sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp oil
 
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and oil. Beat until fairly smooth. Bake in greased 8 inch pan in preheated 425 oven 20 to 25 minutes.
