     Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
•1 large very ripe banana, peeled and roughly chopped
rolled oats
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2-1 tsp chia seed (or ground flax)
pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vaniall extract (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup
water or non-dairy milk for cooking oats
 

Instructions
Cook oatmeal on stove or in microwave (1 cup water/non-dairy milk to 1/2 cup rolled oats)
stir in chopped banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup
add a pinch of sea salt (to taste)
top with chia seed, flax seed, nuts, etc.
