     Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers

2 cans cannellini white beans (or navy beans)
1 large sweet potato (baked/peeled/mashed)
1 tbsp tahini
2 tsp maple or agave syrup
dash of cayene pepper (or seasonings of choice)
1/4 cup of wheat flour
nutritional yeast (optional)
panko crumbs
olive oil
burgers- avocado, onion, lettuce, buns, etc.

Prepare sweet potato. Add drained and rinsed beans to sweet potato in a bowl and mash together. Mix in all seasonings and flour. Mixture should be mosit but you should be able to form patties.
Hea 1 tbsp oil in skillet. Form patty and coat in panko crumbs then drop patty in the pan to fry. Cook until browned on both sides. (You could also bake. If baking, use less panko)
Serving Suggestions
Serve on bun with toppings of choice. We prefer guacamole with no bun (or 1/2 bun)
