Sift 1 tsp Matcha into a cup and melt powder by adding 1/4 cup hot water. whisking briskly with a with a bamboo brush or handheld milk frother until matcha becomes a smooth paste. Pour 3/4 cup hot milk into the cup.

Scoop some foamy milk on top. Dust with Matcha powder or draw patterns with the milk and matcha foam.

For iced Latte just prepare matcha as in Step-1 but use 2 scoops of Matcha powder and 1 cup of milk. Then pour into a blender and blend with 8 ice cubes until smoth.
Pour into a tall glass over 4 more ice cubes and serve with a straw

Add vanilla, melon, macadamia, pistacio or mint (etc.) sirups to the milk for sweetness and flavouring.
