In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over cold
water; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat
until gelatine is completely dissolved. Stir in
butter until melted.
In blender or food processor process milk, sugar
cocoa powder and vanilla until blended. While
processing, gradually add gelatine mixture and
process until blended. Pour into bowl, then blend
in whipped topping. Turn into dessert wishes or 4-
cup bowl; chill until firm. Garnish, desired, with
additional whipped topping and chocolate curls.
