     Macaroni and Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes ( WIC food )
2 tablespoons of margarine or butte, melted
1 can (11 oz) condensed chedder cheese soup
1/3 cup milk ( WIC food )
1 cup ( 4 oz ) chedder cheese ( WIC food ) shredded
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse and set aside. Crush cereal to measure 1/2 cup. Combine with margarine or butter. Set aside for topping. In medium-size saucepan, stir together soup, milk and cheese. Cook until cheese in melted, stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked macaroni. Spread evenly in greased 1&1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle evenly with the topping. Bake for about 30 mins or until hot. VARIATION- 1 can (10 3/4 oz ) condensed cream of mushroom soup may be used instead of the cheddar cheese soup.
